Governor Schwarzenegger is proposing to make budget cuts to our DAP (Deaf Access Program) under DSS. All disabled groups in California are going to be affected by this. DHHSC and the California Coalition of Agencies that Serve the Deaf and Hard of Hearing need your help to keep our services to the community at the same level they are now!
